Dizzyness, Cold Sensation, Hands Numbness, Heavy Periods, Tingling Sensation In Head, Headache, Forgetfulness. Advice?

I ve been feeling really dizzy and Like im going to pass out. My body gets this cold sensation throughout it. I rarely feel hungry. I forget things easily. My hands have gone numb and turned gray. I have very heavy periods. I don t feel myself and I also get weird sensations in my head like tingling sometimes and headaches .

all problem is due to reduced blood pressure. you are also having frequent blackouts too i think. so just take salt with sugar in water having lemon juices four times a day. and blood test for haemoglobin assessment. so don't worry. hope my answer is thankful and helpful to you. take care and have a healthy life.
