Do I Have A Torn Anterior Cruciate Ligament After Hurting Knee From An Injury?

Hi im 14 and i jumped 6ft off a bleacher and hurt my knee it was ok at the time now over the time it has gotten worse like squatting or going up stairs i walk on it pretty good but then squatting or going up stairs just kills it is it a torn pcl acl mcl or strain sprain

Pain is due to muscle and surrounding soft tissue injury.
There might be injury of cruciat ligaments.
It is better to go for x-ray of that knee to confirm the injury level.
Wear knee cap during movements.
Avoid any extra movements,weight bearing on same side and sports activity.
Start nsaid with serratiopeptidase.
Apply nsaid gel locally.
Consult orthopedic surgeon with x-ray knee and start treatment accordingly.
