Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
Dear Vanitha, its very good suggestion for ICT, its intermittent cervical traction for neck muscle stretches, apart from waxing, my kind advice go IFT for pain relief. at the end of the session your therapist will teach neck free exercises and strengthening exercises, exercise is permanent solution for this.
