Do I Need Dialysis For The Creatine Level Of 6.5 Having An Ureteric Stent And Ischemic Heart Disease?
Iam 68 years. I have left renal pelvis stone 21 mm and ischemic heart disease and hypertensive. I know from my doctors that oam diabetic nephropathy G1 - my right kidney is atrophied.i had an attack of anuria. I did ureteric stent since 4 dats. And my urine output was 2300 cc then decrease to be 100 cc. / day and creatine level reach 8.5 Do i need dialysis

dear I understand your concern.in my opinion since urine out put is very low it's better to go for dialysis .since there is ischemic heart disease also too much water pooling in side body will become burden to heart by doing dialysis you can remove all toxic substance and give rest to your heart......regards
