Do I Need To Remove My Ovarian Dermoid Cyst?

Hi,my question is.I have ovarian dermoid cyst 3.5 cm,do i need to remove it faster,or i can wait and see if its growing.i went to hospital on september 2012,because of pain they did ct an found out that my dermoid cyst exploded,ct showed 4.3cm,after 2months Dr,send me for ultrasound cyst was 3.5cm.

YOU definitely need surgery for dermoid cyst.
most of the time it is benign and some time it become malignant.
better to do surgery immediately.
