Do Symptoms Such As Loss Of Appetite, Runny Nose, Lightheadedness And Painful Joints Denote Flu?

For the past few days, I've noticed my appetite has curbed (I can't eat as much in one sitting as I used to without feeling like it might come back up, which I've otherwise NEVER experienced when I've over-eaten over the course of my life,) I am feeling fuzzy or light-headed and my skin is hyper-sensitive, even washing myself with a wash cloth is painful. I also have terrible aches and pains in my joints and sides. I've noticed that my tonsils are also slightly swollen, not painful, and I have a runny nose but no cough yet. Does this sound like a run-of-the-mill cold or flu, or something else? (I'm a 24 year old female.)
