Do You Have Any Additional Information On The Intranasal Form?
Hi, I am inquiring about the nasal inhalation form of Narcan or Naloxone hydrochloride. My community is doing a presentation Wednesday evening on opioid dependency and training on Narcan administration as well as distributing emergency Narcan kits to those who attend. I am trying to research the drug but can only find dosing information and general information based on IV, IM, SC and ETT methods of administration. Do you have any additional information on the intranasal form?

The absorption of narcotic drug through the sub mucosal membrane is very fast and this agent exert the effect through this route very rapidly, microcirculation or circular bed is responsible for this because of the good permeability, rest of the mechanism is the same, hope this brief information helps you have nice day.
