Does DJ Stenting Cause Fever And What Is Prognosis?

Patient underwent dj stenting one month ago, now 10 days ago stent removal was there. After that he underwent septicaemic shock, now safe from critical condition.but fever is still persisting in a regular interval, tlc is decreaing trend.he is currentli iv meropenem and ofloxacin.usg is resolving pyelonephritis. All cultures are negative. What canbe cause of fever, and what should be next line of managemnet.

*It is urosepsis , fever which may or may not be due to stent as it requires
collaboration of many datas clinically & investigations point of view.
*Prognosis is good till your narration as pyelo. is resolving , counts coming
down etc.
*Management remains in form of IV coverage through various antibiotics ,
supportive care of electrolyte management , keeping Creat. under contr ol
monitoring all vital parameters in hospitalized set up only with thorough
clinical monitoring of Intensivist & expert Urologist .
