hi,
duphaston is not a tocolytic agent, it is usually give in the first three months of pregnancy if you have per vaginal bleeding or spotting it is usually used for threatened abortions, if not pregnant then given to reduce pain during periods.
duvadilan has a side effect of causing changes in blood pressure so if you have a problem with pressure then yes you need to stop taking it if palpitation occurs.
it is usually given in causes of premature labour- to increase the blood flow to the baby
i would suggest get an opinion of an obstretician before you start the medications.
hope to have answered your query.
thanking you.
