hi thanks for query ! yes gembax 320 is safe for diabetics as far as only diabetes is concerned ... you should not be sensitive to fluoroquinolones group of drugs eg ciplox etc. this group usually carries photosensitivity reactions which are the most worrying part, if sometimes occur , & children should should be avoided in being prescribed these
