Does Nixito Tablets Increase Blood Sugar In Diabetic Patient?

Does Nexitio Increase Blood Sugar Level in Diabetic Patient Age 64 Years, High Blood Sugar, Uterous Removed on 18/12/10 and and after operation suddenly on 21/12/10 some abnormal behaviour seen. Pschyciatryst consulted and prescribed Nexito and Citopam. Blood Sugar ranges from 220 to 320. Insulin 30/70 using 15 unit morning 10 unit evening. Amaryl 1mg one tab morning and half ab night. But Sugar not controlled. Nexito and citopam using two times half tab each time. Requested to consult how to control blood sugar

Tablet nexito and citalopram usually do not increase blood sugar levels.
The blood sugar levels are uncontrolled even after insulin. I think the dose of insulin needs to be increased. Also anti-diabetic drugs like metformin, pioglitazone or vildagliptin can be tried. Please consult your physician for this.
