Does Olmetec Cause Pain In Shoulder,back And Fingers?
I am taking Olmetec not for blood pressure reason but for the use of a receptor blocker because of my severe Neutropenia. I am not taking 80mg/day. Lately i have had a bade pain in my left shoulder on my back, my fingers get so stilf that it hurts to open my hands and i have symptoms of weakness. I have been on it for 8 months and these have just stated in the last month. Could these be some kind of side effect from the med?

Olmetec (olmesartan) , as far as i know has no other indications except for hypertension, kidney or heart disease. It is not the drug used for neutropenia. if you meant some other drug, let us know.
No, olmetec is unlikely to cause shoulder and back pain, but it can cause weakness.
Please come back with correct drug you are using for neutropenia.
