Does Pan AO, Ondem And Aceclofenac Tablets Cause Bad Effects On Pregnancy?

I AM SUJIT AND I AM MARRIED FOR 7 MONTH AND MY WIFE IS PREGNANT FOR ONE MONTH. SO, I HAD GONE TO CONSULT A LOCAL DOCTOR BUT THE DOCTOR PRESCRIBED ME TABLETS SUCH AS (PAN AO,ONDEM,ACECLOFENAC &PARACETAMOL TABLETS). I WANT TO KNOW THESE TABLET WILL PUT ANY BAD EFFECT TO PREGENANCY.

Hi. Your wife must be having nausea, vomiting and some pain for which all this prescribed. But as you are also concerned, it is best to avoid medication in 1st trimester of pregnancy, as it is the period of organogenesis.
She can have Pregnidoxin(Doxylamine )to avoid morning sickness. Tell her to take small and frequent meals and that too non spicy and home made, which will help her to overcome gastritis part. Eat more of fruits and drink lot of water.
For pain only paracetamol is a safer choice or some local pain killer gels.
