Does Penicillin Have An Effect On Birth Control Pill?
Hi, I am on the pill, but i'm currently taking penicillin, and i have been having unprotected sex while taking it. The last couple of days i have been getting cramps, headaches, dizziness, spotting, going to toilet more often, constipation, sickness, sore nipples and leaking breast milk. Could I be Pregnant?

Drug that affect the OCP effectiveness:
Rifampicin, Amoxicillin, penicillin, ampicillin, griseofulvin, metronidazole and tetracycline.
So penicillin cause defect effectiveness of the birth control pill.
It increase the metabolism of the pill in liver and decrease the circulating hormone.
Your symptoms could be a pregnancy.
If your period will delay by the 8-10 days then go for urine pregnancy test to confirm the pregnancy.
