Does A Bulky Cervix Necessarily Indicate Cancer?

I had a pelvic today, 41 yrs old no major issues but during my exam the doc said I had a bulky cervix. I didn't think much of it but googled the term bulky cervix and all I see is cancer related articles. She took a normal scrape but never mentioned the big c. Is the a term for large cervix or is it indicative of something more concerning?
