I am about to have a glucose tolerance test this mornong. Previous tests have placed me as borderline pre-diabetic. My gall bladder was removed about 10 years ago. Is this likely to adversely affect the test and its findings? My age is 74, weight 14 st exactly.

Hello, Welcome to HCM I understand your concerns.Gall bladder is nothing to do with the sugar levels in your body.If gall bladder is present or not,it will not affect the sugar levels in any way.
Pancreas is the insulin producing organ in human body.It will control or maintain the blood sugar levels. If this organ is damaged,it will cause diabetes for sure.
So,no need to worry.Hope i have answered your query. Thank you.
