Does A Norco Pill Cause Backache And Stomach Sickness ?

If I have been taking a 7.50/350 norco pill 3 times a day and it has been 15 hrs since I have had my norco would it make my back ache and sick to my stomach? I took a pill at 10 pm last night and it was almost 1 pm today before I took another pill.
