Hi,first I want to tell you that please stop worrying about your
chest pain which is radiating to your left hand and second as your ecg and echo were normal there is no need to worry about
myocardial infarction,if you still have doubt and want further investigations I advise you to undergo stress tests and 24 hour ecg monitoring (HOLTER MONITIOR-WHOCH they fix to your chest and ask you to go back to home and come back after 24 hours where your ecg will record your
heart rate for that 24 hours)
Next time when you get this kind of chest pain request the treating doctor to do blood investigations such as tropT and CKMB,if those investigations turns out to be normal you need worry about myocardial infarction
I Suggest to undergo
thyroid screening(usually pulse rate will be increased in thyroid disorders)
This kind of chest pain may also be present in
gastritis,so it will better to follow your diet according to schedule by reducing chilli and pepper items and ask your physician to prescribe some antacids and mucous protecting gels
The beta blockers which doctor prescribed you will reduce your heart rate and will stop recurrences of this symptoms...
Not but not the least you are really really young your body can cope up with physiological changes to extremes so please stop worrying and stop taking loads of cocaine(as there is a chance of myocardial infarction in them)
You can suspect myocardial infarction in case of
dizziness,
nausea, leftsided chest pain radiating to shoulder, hunger for breath, sweating and pulse changes)
Finally I advise you to go through these investigation s
Thyroid profile
Hemoglobin
Upper GI endoscopy
Cardiac enzymes (stress evaluation tests)
