Does Administering Sedative Affect Pregnancy?

Im 32, insulin resistant and had my blastocycst transfer yesterday. My cervix was very tight and they had to administer sedative for tranfer. Will this have any negative effect on pregnancy outcome and am also worried about my horrible cervix. Pls help. Thank you

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion they might have used short acting sedative.So it lasts for only short time.Dont worry its not going to affect your pregnancy.Take adequate rest.And avoid physical and mental strain.
