Does Back Pain And Constant Painful Urination Feeling Indicate Water Break Out During Pregnancy?
Hi, im 38 weeks and 5 days. I had my membranes stripped today and.it hurt very badly! I now have been having back pain and constant painful urination feelings. Does this mean my water is about to break or the babys head on my cervix?? Because no matter is I walk lay down sit down nothing helpa it to stop. Please help. Because she stripped membransa for almost 3 minutes. Plus I walkeded for about 30 mins. What does this mean????
The membranes are stripped to induce the labour. It seems that it has successfully acted in your case. The back ache is due to the dilatation of the cervix. The cervical pain is felt at low back area. Walking will help the labour to start earlier. Painful urination is to be looked upon rather seriously. If it is burning sensation, it is likely due to the inflammation at the mouth of the vagina. The burning during complete act of urination suggests the swelling in the urination tube (urethra) while that at the end of the act may be due to swelling or infection like trichomoniasis or fungus at the vaginal mouth. If the pain is in the lower abdomen at the end of urination, it is suggesting pain in the urinary bladder. In any case, urinary pain should be reported to your OB physician.
