Thank you for your question!
I understand your concern .
In my opinion a minor stroke would be less probable in this situation. Pain in the limbs is not a common symptom of stroke.
Pain in neck and in your right arm could suggest a radicular problem , starting in your cervical column, more specific in the inter-
vertebral disks. A cervical column
radiography could be helpful .
Difficulty breathing could be a symptom of cardiac problems such as
arrhythmia , Pulmonary tromboembolism, coronary disease or Dissection of Aorta . Consult with a cardiologist with a chest radiography and EKG should be done to exclude these problems.
Pain in chest , during night with irradiation in the right arm could be possibly a colecystitis of
pancreatitis ( the pain is more commonly related to food intake). A routine
blood test first, followed by an abdominal echography would be helpful .
I would like to know the duration of these symptoms and if you have measured your blood pressure and cardiac frequency at the moment .
I would need more information about your past medical history too :
Do you suffer from
High Blood Pressure ?
Do you have varicous veins in your lower limbs, any swallowing pain during day?
Have you ever had cervical back pain before ?
I would recommend you the EKG , Chest Radiography first, a routine blood test and a good physical examination, to exclude cardio-vascular problems first , followed by the other exams.
Wish to have been helpful to you.
