Hi,Dear,Thanks for your query to HCM.
Dear I read facts of your query and reviewed it in context to your query health issues.
I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query the reply of your query is-
YOur current health issues seem to be related to your undetected Gym and not with Cell mass supplements.
The cell mass and Gyming adds to thinning, may be weight loss.
But that does not add to your Varicocele in left Testes.
Your Varicocele in left Testes seems to be there in hidden form, which increased with Gyming. You would need Urologist first to treat your left testes Varicocele. You can increase the weight by getting advise from Physician to fix the cause of the thin built and nutritionist to increase the weight by special dietary plans.

Replies to your-Queries-
Ans-1-Cell Mass does not have effect on the left Varicocele, but it does lead to Thinning. So you should abstain from taking it

Ans-2-Withheld the workouts and treat the Varicocele by consults with Urologist, else this would create lot of problems in time to come.
So get USG with Colour Doppler Study of the left Varicocele.

Ans-3-You should check out for low weight and thin built with your family doctor and rule out any disease underneath it and treat it.
High Carbohydrate / and high fat diet and high protein diet would add to your weight. But you should start it after medical Check up.

Your Physician- doctor would be doing all that is needed to treat your current health issues.
At the most You can think of Second opinion with nutritionist to check if you are on right lines.

Constant followup with local family or specialist Physician-for long term would give you long remissions in time to come, which would depend on meticulous followup treatment of your health concerns.

Just don't worry and be patient and co-operate with your doctors, till you verify with your attending doctors.Need to Check with Consulting Physician if things don't recover.

For early recovery-please follow above do's which would resolve your complex health issues.

Hope this would help you to treat your health issues in the best way possible.
