Does Eyesight Problems, Headaches, Memory Weakness, Mouth And Neck Pain Need MRI?

hi i m rajesh i m asking question regading the health of my dad he lives very isolated but also social life he is not satisfied with his performance in his personal life and always repent over his deeds .1.5 years back he met with a miner accident .since then left eye sight is weak and also occastionally feeling problem of headach.he is living very confused lifestyle .short time memory becomes week.since three days he is getting accute pain on the left side of mouth and neck and having a feel of harshness over the concerned area.we have done c.t scan and x-ray in the past since 1.5 years.is their any need of mri or not?

MRI is recommended asper need. in your fathers case MRI of neck can be taken to diagnose any bony or soft tissue injury. for vision problem, fundus and refraction can be done. this will not work for mental condition, confusion, memory loss etc. these are result of age and senile problem. physician can be consulted for examination and opinion
