Your fasting sugar levels are normal but your PP results indicate that you are a pre-diabetic. This does not mean that you have diabetes but you are at a high risk of developing diabetes. I can understand that you are under stress due to unemployment, but there are certain things in life we cannot change. All that we can change is our outlook towards life. So, be positive and make the best use of available time by taking care of your health which is more precious than material gains.
I know its easier said than done. At present you must try to focus on changing your lifestyle. Due to inactivity, your body might be developing insulin resistance. of late have you been gaining weight? if yes, then its high time you change your lifestyle by increasing your activity levels and reducing intake of fat and oil in your diet. Try to de-stress by meditating for as little as 15 minutes a day. Go for a short walk either in the morning or evening. Take care of your health as you have a long life ahead of you.

Try to give up bad habits like addiction to pan masala and tobacco use. I would suggest you to consult a diabetologist for any further investigation.
