Does Frequent Recurring Jaw And Ear Pain Related To Cleft Palate?

I was born with cleft palate.. soft palate.. I'm 41 now.. I've been getting right sided jaw and ear pain.. seen a dentist who sent me to my doctor treated for sinus infection.. Frequent reoccurrence is this related to my palate? Would ENT referral be helpful?

Hi sir, your one side ear and jaw pain is not related to cleft palate.
But do consult ENT for this, dental consultation won't help.
