Does Intake Of Sudafed Have Any Effect On The Urine Drug Test?
I took sudafed that was prescribed by dr. for nasal congestion and ear infection yesterday at 830am and took a pre employment urine test today at 1130 am I had the medicine with me but the lady didn t ask and I was unaware this could possibly effect test. Will it make me fail?

Yes it may affect your result depending on the test conducted on you as Renal about 55 to 75% of a dose is excreted unchanged. The rate of excretion is accelerated in acidic urine.
