Does Irregular Menstruation Affect My Chances Of Conceiving?

Hi. Good eve. Im married for 1 year and still i cannot get pregnant. My menstrual period is not regular. Sometimes in 1 year i dont have my menstrual period. Sometimes i have... can i still get pregnant? My husband always mad at me because i cannot get pregnant yet.

Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
In my opinion you need to start with full workup in the form of hormone profile viz TSH, FSH, AMH, Prolactin and also pelvic ultrasound on day 2 for antral follicle count.
These tests will give you your fertility potential and status of ovaries and uterus.
Then ovulation induction drugs with follicular study to see for release of eggs and thus timing the intercourse accordingly.
