Does It Still Bleed Even After Using Mirena?

Hi i have got mirena done 1 yr before. Bleeding happened 4 to 5 times in this 1 yr. But got controlled when trenaxa mf is used as adviced by doctor. But since last few days i have been suffering from bleeding. Despite taking more pills each time for last 4 times, it is not controlling bleeding. What is the way out. Would you suggest any other medicine or will it take lil more time to settle down. As i am staying far from my doctor i need your advice.. Thanks in advance
