Does Jogging Reduce Weight More Faster Than Cycling?
i am cycling for almost 5 kms...daily from past one month i have reduced 2 kgs with in this one month..buit i wanna reduce my weight even faster...i have heard jogging will reduce ur weight faster than cycling..can anyone pls suggest??
i believe each has its own advantage, it should be dealt appropriately, go on a cycle to a place and than start jogging, return home cycling, so both also will help you.
dont be stupid..i guess cycling will consume more energy then joging.,,which means good for weight reduction. already you have lost 2kgs in 2 months..just need some more time and pateince.
Cycling has an advantage as all the muscles of leg and arm is used. we can increase the speed also but the disadvantage is its done in one place only, i feel bored because of it.
Both are good exercises if you do in right way and done consistently. Do not be in a hurry to reduce weight. You need to lose weight gradually. Loosing weight suddenly is not good for health

Cycling when done for 25 minutes burns 100 calories whereas jogging when done for 14 minutes burns the same 100 calories. This means jogging is better than cycling in burning calories faster. But it also varies with the intensity of doing the exercise.
