Does Lidocaine Show Up On A Drug Test?
I was wanting to know if lidocaine will show up on a drug test. I was in a car accident and the doctors kept trying to give me pain pills and they wouldn t help or would make me really sick. so my dad has back problems as well. and told me to try the lidocaine patch and see if that works.

Hi,
Lidocaine would not show up in drug test. It belong to different group and its action is also different from cocaine.
If you are on any steroids to reduce inflammation or pain, it might show up. Otherwise lidocaine or NSAIDS would not show up in drug test.
