Does Lighten Menstruation, Pelvic Pains And Vaginal Soreness Indicate Peri Menopause?

hi, i am 41 years old. Two years ago i had two polyps removed from my cervics. Since then i have lighter periods that only last 4 days, i also experience an urgency to urinate at times with a pressure and pain low down near my pelvis. I can also get sore around the outside of my vagina but have no unusual discharge and it seems to happen four days after my period stops and usually stops when i ovulate. I never used to have these symptoms and wonder if i am perimenopausal.
