Hello, From your blood sugar levels it seems appropriate to be on the insulin therapy that has been prescribed to you. Creon as I understand is a mixture of pancreatic enzymes which is usually prescribed if there is suspicion of pancreatic inflammation which itself may cause raised blood sugars like yours. The medications are not known to cause lower abdominal pain as you describe. So if this abdominal pain is concerning you then please get it examined by a physician who after a thorough physical examination can advise an Ultrasound or any other blood tests as required. Hope this helps. Take care.
