Does Mild Dilation Of The Left Intrarenal Collecting System A Matter Of Concern?

I have an ultrasound report from 25 weeks and 5 days that I would like an answer to. It says that...imaging of the fetal abdoman identifies mild dilation of the left intrarenal collecting system with the renal pelvis measuring 5mm in AP diameter. The right kidney and bladder are normal. Also says that...24-25 week dolicocephalic gestation . Measurements are BPD 60mm (2nd centile) - for some reason this has been highlighted - HC 238 mm (55th centile), AC211mm (45th centile) FL 45mm (25th centile) Trans Cerebellar diameter 27mm, HC/AC 1.13, EFW 788 grams (40th centile) The doctor has sent me another referral for an ultrasound to get this checked, should this be of concern?
