Does Odours Menstrual Blood Occur Commonly In Pre Menopause?

Hello Dr. Mia, is it normal for menstrual blood to have an odor during peri menopause? It is not a terrible odor but definitely a stronger smell than when my periods were normal. I haven't had a period for 3 months and this one definitely has an odor. Thank you
