Does One Dose Of Xanax By A Child Cause Any Long Term Side Effects?
3 yr old possibly ingested my prescription Xanax 2mg. I tookk 1 out before bed, before I knew it my 3 yr old was wiping his tongue with tissue. I immediately went to the counter to check if the pill was there, but it was gone. I'm not really sure if he took the whole pill or it just left residue. He is fine now, but I'm wondering about long term effects,

Normally this much of xanax doesn't cause any side effects. All the side effects are immediate in the form of drowsiness,cardiac arrhythmias,respiratory depression. There are no long term side effects with such a small quantity of xanax
