Does Ovarian Cyst With Bleeding & Negative Urine Test Suggest Miscarriage?
Age : 25Height : 4 ft 11Weight : 117Medical history : ovarian cystI recently had a blood test done when we went for a regular doctor checkup 5 days back. The result indicated that I was 2 weeks pregnant. However when we went to a gynaec 2 days later(today), she told that the urine test was negative.I am also worried because I am bleeding since the past 3 days.Is there a fear of miscarraige?
Pregnancy testing detects the presence of HCG hormone in blood or urine. As days go by, the concentration of this hormone increases in blood as days go by and thus the results of the most recent pregnancy test is more comfortable.
I can't figure out how using blood test, it was certain that you are two weeks pregnant, so, i consider the result of the gynae more comforting, more so because it takes at least three weeks for the hormone detected for pregnancy test to go undetectable.
Ovarian cysting disease an actually cause delay or absent menses and the bleeding you are experiencing could be your menses if it does not clot.
