Does Ovarian Cyst With Internal Spectra Noted Require Surgery?
my recent sonografy report is as below:
left Ovary :- E/O 6.5 X 3.9 CMS insize loculated collection is noted in the left adnexa and adjacent to left ovary may s/o loculated collection.
right ovary: E/O 3.7 x 3.3cms in size ovarian cyst with internal spectra is noted in right ovary.
is it required to take surgery treatment or my medicine it can be treated?

With a cyst as you have there is a wait and watch possibility if you do not have any acute pain. Such cysts measuring around 3 cms may show healing even with no treatment if a hemorrhagic cyst. Please do not worry and follow what you doctor says. You may get a repeat ultrasound scan after 3 to 6 months.
