Does Propygenta Cause Any Side Effects For Atopic Dermatitis?
Hi doctor, I am diagnised with Atopic derrmatic disease... I have tried many medicines...But once i stop using medicines again the allergy comes out. Is not it curable? Currently I am using Propygenta cream for last 3 months..does it have any side effect? Please suggest
Atopic dermatitis is a chronic skin condition that is characterised by itching and rashes. The disease can be controlled with drugs but permanent cure has not yet been discovered.
Control of the flare ups along with treatment of any other coexisting disorders like asthma or hay fever is also required. The common trigger or allegen that causes the flare up should be identified and avoided.
Long term uses of steroids can cause side effects and should only be used during flare ups.Oral antihistamines can be used regularly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
