Does Protrusion Of L4-L5 And L5-S1 Cause Heaviness In Rectum And Painful Bowel Movement?

Good evening, my name Irene, 29 yo. I will be very thankfull if somebody can help me(
I have pain and feeling like heaviness in rectum. And I have pain when I am going to the toilet.
January 2010 I had surgery in rectum after unsuccessful ligation of latex rings. Starting July 2010 I have pain in rectum. Proctology examined me and found no patalogy. I made MRT and in result I have Protrusion of L4-L5 and L5-S1. To additional one doctor find that I have injured coccyx. But I don`t remember that I injured it.
Can it be pain of result of injured coccyx? Can I send my MRT photo to your address to understand that it is really injured. Because, just one doctor said that. And I am not sure it is true. And can it be pain because of that reason or I need to do some else examination and what kind of examination?
Thank you in advance.
