Does Pus Cells In Urine Indicate Residual Urine Infection?

My daughter Grace , 8 Years old was suffering from urine infection since 3 month. 15 days medicine was given by doctor ( Homopathic). But now we again tested her urine the result is Pus cell is 2-3 rbc 1-2. is there be any problem to my daughter presently and after wards.
