Does Severe Cramping With Blood Clot Discharge Indicate A Missariage?
I am actively trying to get pregnant. Last month my period came a few days early but with really bad cramping and a lot of blood clots. Normally with my period the cramps are not too severe and there are not usually blood clots. Is it possible i may have had a miscarriage with out knowing i was pregnant?

Hello dear, I would like to know about your cycle duration and regularity. And do a urine pregnancy test and if negative then nothing to worry for the time being but if this recurrs in next cycle also then get an ultrasound done and visit your gynecologist. Take care and all the best.
