Any kind of menstrual bleeding that deviates from the normal could be a
miscarriage.
Right now, if you have already miscarried, even a
pregnancy test would not be reliable.
Please go for a pelvic
transvaginal ultrasound scan - that will tell you if you miscarried.
Also, the altered bleeding could be due to - anxiety, stress, weight gain, late nights, erratic eating habits.
A cervical erosion or polyp or
uterine fibroid also can present this way.
T o know the cause please have a formal gynecological check up - per vaginum and per speculum internal evaluation plus a scan.
Also, hormonal levels - FSH, LH, TSH,
Prolactin.
ANxiety, weight gain, late nights, erratic eating habits - all these too can cause irregular bleeding.
