Does Sevista Play Any Role In Adenomyosis Related Infertility?

IS THERE ANY ROLE OF SEVISTA IN ADENOMYOSIS RELATED INFERTILITY MY FRIENDS TVS SONOGRAPHY SHOWS FOCAL ADENOMYOSIS OF 4 *4 C M NEAR FUNDUS WITH PRESSURE EFFECT ON ENDOMETRIUM. THE HSG REPORT ALSO SHOWS FILLING DEFECT . HER CYCLES ARE OVULATORY BUT SHE IS UNABLE TO CONCEIVE. SHE HAD ONE ABORTION 6 MNTHS BACK AT 2 MNTHS. IS THERE ANY ROLE OF SEVISTA OR ANY OTHER DRUG .HER CYCLES ARE REGULAR MY EMAIL ID IS : YYYY@YYYY

Yes, Sevista works well in adenomyosis, especially those who want to avoid hysterectomy. So, there is no harm in continuing so, if prescribed by a gynecologist... But as your friend is infertile, here the problem is different. Sevista acts like CONTRACEPTION as it prevents pregnancy. SO, we need to check the adenomyosis in details and then can formulate medical management with other drugs and after stopping the drugs, we can start treatment for infertility.
