Does Skull Fracture Cause A Dent In Forehead?

My sister who is 12 slammed her head on a car door on the edge of it and a few seconds later there was a dent in her forehead and we have been putting ice on it for several hours . And it looks like it s brushing should we take her to the ER is it a skull fracture?

Hii,

From the presentation, if she does not have seizures, vomiting after the incident, or swelling around eyes or back of earlobes, loss of conciousness. She may have superficial hematoma due to injury.

I will advise you to give her painkiller and continue cold compression.
If any of the above symptoms develop, take her to nearest ER and get Ct head done,
