Does Stomach Flu,nausea And Breast Tenderness Signify Pregnancy?

I've had the Mirena for about 3 years now, and haven't really had a regular period ever since and when I do, it's a light flow, more of spotting and it's not every month. I did get my period at all in Oct, and just some spotting in Nov and a few days ago.
Had the stomach flu last week that lasted 3 days, but still have the lingering nausea and now tender breasts.
Possible pregnancy?

Hello ma'am and welcome.

There are many factors that can contribute to a hormonal imbalance like infections, stress, birth control, other medications, etc. A hormonal imbalance often mimics symptoms of pregnancy, and so it would be normal to think about pregnancy.

As you have the mirena inserted, this could be the cause fpr your symptoms, but before assuming the same it would be wise to rule out pregnancy.

As for the stomach flu, this is more recent and could also contribute to a hormonal imbalance. It would be best to visit a doctor as there are more than one factors that need confirming/ruling out.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
