Does Surgery For Avascular Necrosis Causes Cold Hands And Feet?

Hi I was just wondering something I took the medication propanolol for a long time and it always made my hands and feet cold. Last year I had to have surgery on my foot cause I had avascular necrosis in my toe bone. Dose that have anything to do with each other. I'm 23 don't drink and this is the only serious thing that had happened to me. The reason I took propanolol was for migraine headaches.
