I have had Mirena for about 2 years now. About 3 weeks ago I ovulated and also had a horrible sinus infection for which I took Mucinex every 12 hours RELIGIOUSLY. it is now 3 weeks later and I am having the same implantation pain feelings I had with all 3 of my pregnancies. My cycle is a regular 28 days. My question becomes is it possible that the mucinex interacted with the IUD and that I am pregnant now??
