Does Tiredness And Sleeplessness Indicate Insomnia?
Hi, 24 year old male, I have not been able to sleep for the past 5 days or so, and feel tired almost all the time and sleepy. However i cannot sleep when i go to bed. I feel restless when i go to bed and have no appetite. stomach feels to be full. Would this be a symptom of Insomnia?
