Hello and welcome to HCM,

The lab tests that you have posted are- complete hemogram and renal function tests.
The complete hemogram shows that all parameters are within normal limits, Hb TLC RBC count DLC platelet count and other platelet parameters are all within normal limits.

The renal function tests- electrolytes and other tests, urea are normal.
The uric acid levels are raised. It is raised in kidney disorders.

The blood glucose are normal.

The value of total CK is raised. CK is a non specific enzyme which is raised in heart, muscle and bone disorders. The CK MB fraction is raised in injury to heart muscles.
The troponin T value is within normal limits.

So, total CK and uric acid levels are raised.
Consult your clinician for further management.

Thanks and take care.
