Dry And Painful Cracks On Penis Foreskin. Prescribed Anti Fungal Cream And Had Relief But It Has Recurred

Hi I am anolder man 83 I have never geen circumcised and have ben having trouble with the foreskin on my penis. It gets dry and crackes very painful. I have been using antifungal cream on it which worked real well at first. It cleared up and seamed to be back to normal for a couple of weeks then came back and now the cream doesn't seam to work. The active ingredient in what I have been using is terbinafine hydrochloride cream 1%. Is there anything stronger than this that I could try? This cream was recommended by my family Dr. Thanks David Potts

Hi,
This seems to be fungal infection as it is clear with anti-fungal cream.
Along with local application of cream go for one anti-fungal oral tablet like Flucanozole 150 mg once in a week for 4 weeks.
There is another possibility of having formation of cracks due to collection of smegma under foreskin giving rise to irritation and infection.
You can apply triple acting cream.
Keep local part clean, dry and airy.
Make a habit to clean the glans by averting foreskin with running water while taking bath.
